Anti-Spam Policy

Straiker, Inc. ("Straiker," "we," "our," or "us") prohibits the use of unsolicited messages to advertise or promote our website at https://www.straiker.ai, or any Straiker subdomain, product, or service.

Our commitment

We do not send, authorize, condone, or benefit from spam. Straiker specifically prohibits:

Sending unsolicited bulk or automated commercial messages of any kind, whether by email, SMS, instant message, social media, or any other channel, in order to advertise Straiker or link to our website.
Using purchased, rented, harvested, scraped, or otherwise non-consented address lists.
Sending messages with forged, disguised, or misleading headers, sender names, return paths, or subject lines.
Sending commercial messages without a functioning unsubscribe mechanism and our postal address.
Continuing to send commercial messages to any recipient who has opted out.

Who this applies to

This policy binds Straiker employees and contractors, and any affiliate, partner, reseller, agency, vendor, or other third party that markets Straiker or references our website on our behalf. We require contractual compliance with this policy from third parties who conduct marketing for us. We do not permit any third party to advertise Straiker through unsolicited messaging, and we do not accept business generated that way.

Legal compliance

Straiker commercial messaging is intended to comply with applicable law, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Where consent is required, we obtain it before sending. You may unsubscribe from Straiker marketing messages at any time using the link included in every message.

Reporting spam

If you receive a message that advertises Straiker or links to straiker.ai and you believe it violates this policy, report it to abuse@straiker.ai. Please include the full message headers where you can. We investigate every report and respond to the reporter.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in termination of a vendor, agency, or partner relationship, revocation of access to Straiker programs and systems, and referral to the relevant authorities. Where we identify a third party sending unsolicited messages on our behalf or using our brand without authorization, we act to stop it and, where appropriate, notify affected blocklist operators.
